If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a suitable replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so please check product descriptions, sizes and photos carefully before ordering.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind.
